About Chatise Thomas

An accounting and business graduate of Long Island University, Chatise Thomas established her financial services business in 2007. Following time as an executive assistant at American Express, she created her Brooklyn-based business as a provider of accounting and insurance for both individuals and small businesses. Between 2007 and 2009, Chatise Thomas balanced her responsibilities as a business leader with executive assistant positions at MetLife and Rainbow Media, the latter of which involved supporting the senior vice president of acquisitions and programming for IFC TV and the Sundance Channel.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Thomas has developed a range of professional skills and is capable of learning virtually any business software. When she is not working at her own office, she spends her time attending seminars designed for women leading small businesses and mentoring entrepreneurs involved in startup companies. Beyond her various professional obligations, Ms. Thomas enjoys traveling and reading, particularly the works of Jane Austen.
